Reservation, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure all guests enjoy a seamless experience and our therapists maintain a reliable schedule, Husn Spa operates under the following guidelines.
1. Individual Appointments (1 Guest)
Notice Period: Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
Late Fee: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, incur a 50% to 100% fee charged to your card on file or deducted from your deposit/gift card.
2. Dual & Couples Bookings (2 Guests)
Reservation Guarantee: A 50% upfront deposit is required to reserve two simultaneous therapist schedules.
Notice Period: Minimum 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
Late Cancellation / No-Show: Cancellations within 48 hours result in the strict forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
Partial Dropout (1 Guest Cancels): If one guest cancels within 48 hours, their 50% deposit portion is forfeited. The remaining guest may proceed with their scheduled treatment.
3. Group Packages & Events (3+ Guests)
Advance Deposit: Requires a 50% upfront deposit to lock in therapist blocks and spa facilities.
Notice Period: Minimum 72 hours’ notice is required for any date changes, modifications, or cancellations.
Rescheduling (72+ Hours Notice): You may reschedule once at no charge. The full deposit transfers to a new date (must be booked within 60 days).
Late Cancellation (Under 72 Hours Notice): The 50% group deposit is strictly forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a future date.
Partial Group Dropouts: If an individual drops out within 72 hours, their deposit portion is forfeited, and original group pricing applies to remaining guests.
4. Arrival & Punctuality
Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment to check in and unwind.
Late Arrivals: To avoid delaying subsequent guests, late arrivals will receive a shortened treatment time. Full service fees will still apply.
