2. Booking and Reservations

Reservation Requirements

  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our online system, phone, or in person
  • Valid contact information is required for all bookings
  • Credit card details may be required to secure reservations for certain services
  • Guests must be 18 years or older unless accompanied by a parent/guardian
  • Group bookings (3+ people) require special arrangements and advance notice

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Avoid heavy meals, alcohol, and caffeine 2 hours before treatments
  • Stay hydrated before and after your spa visit

6. Payment Terms and Pricing

  • Payment Due: Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made
  • Accepted Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), debit cards, and cash
  • Gratuities: Tips are appreciated but not mandatory (typically 15-20% for exceptional service)
  • Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice; confirmed bookings honor original pricing
  • Package Terms: Package deals and gift certificates have specific terms and expiration dates
  • Tax Included: All prices include applicable taxes (HST)

7. Gift Certificates and Packages

Gift Certificate Terms:

  • Valid for 12 months from purchase date (non-extendable)
  • Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced or refunded
  • Non-refundable but may be transferable to another person
  • Must be presented at time of service (physical or digital copy)
  • Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions
  • No cash value or change will be given for unused portions

Package Deal Terms:

  • Package treatments must be used within specified timeframes
  • Packages cannot be divided between multiple people unless specified
  • Individual treatments within packages cannot be exchanged or refunded
  • Package pricing is available only when booking complete package

  • Photography or recording is strictly prohibited in all treatment areas
  • Any promotional photography requires explicit written consent

Guests are advised to secure valuable items and follow all safety instructions.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, policies, or legal requirements. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
